做法
1. | 半隻雞切成雞腿,雞胸和雞翅三大塊。用紙巾擦乾後均勻抹上 加勒比海醃料 。放進冰箱醃至少3個小時但不要超過1天。 |
2. | 烤箱預熱到400°F(205°C)。 |
3. | 將雞塊放在烤盤上,雞皮向上。放進烤箱烤40分鐘。再用上火550°F(290°C)烤到雞皮有點焦脆。 |
PROCEDURE:
1. | Cut the half chicken into 3 pieces – thigh, breast & wing. Dry them with paper towels then spread the Caribbean Spice Rub all over the chicken pieces. Marinade in the fridge for at least 3 hours but not longer than 1 day. |
2. | Preheat the oven to 400°F(205°C). |
3. | Place the chicken on a roast pan, skin side up. Roast in the oven for 40 minutes. Turn the broil on. Broil the chicken over 550°F(290°C) until the skin is a little bit burnt and crispy. |
